A scheduled appointment for 30000 service was made and then we found out we already had this and just needed an oil change. The oil change took 1.5 hours.

Richard was great, very personable, friendly and helpful. I have no problems with him at all. I was a bit concerned that my car was finished so quickly. It was less than a half an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, topping off all the fluids and checking all the parts of the car listed including filters, hoses etc.this was my final “2 year Toyota Care check” and it seemed like they didn’t have time to even change the oil. I have never been rushed through my service appointment like that, and didn’t think my last one would be the shortest. This has no reflection on Richard because he did not do the work, but I was very disappointed.

Gennifer was very nice, but there was one problem: there needs to be better communication between service person and mechanic. I specifically called out that the dual exhaust pipes needed to be at equal heights (level) when installing, and that a new pipe hanger is needed because the old one has sag...and I received the truck back with an inch difference in heght! The detail in the comments section of the work order was not explicit enough. I think for a case like this, the service person actually talk to the mechanic to make sure my message is clearly being conveyed.

Gennifer was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She answered all our questions clearly and concisely and even escorted us to the finance section so we could get our question resolved. Even when she came to notify us that our Sienna was ready, she did so in Avery polite and courteous manner. Gennifer is a credit to Heartland Toyota as a model employee. It was a pleasure doing business with Heartland Toyota today.
