I had an appointment but the service still took 2 full hours. I expected that but because I had to leave in a hurry to pick up my daughter, I didn’t have time to ensure the Bluetooth issue was fixed on the Entune system. Not a big deal except it’s not easy try y try o find two to three hours in a day to get to Toyota to have that fixed. So now I’ll probably be several weeks without Bluetooth in a brand new Sequoia.

It was my first visit and I found it hard to understand how check in worked- some signage would help or a clear point person. Also, when I called to set up the appointment I was told an hour and then told 2 after I had already been there 25 min. The people who worked with me in person and on the phone were helpful and courteous.

I truly appreciate that although Dustin was busy when I walked into Toyota with my problem, he was able to talk with me and take a test drive with me to get an idea of what I was talking about with a suspicious noice which I thought my be coming from my muffler.
Dustin had a good idea what the problem might be so Left my car and received a call that same day which confirmed Dustin’s diagnosis!
Dustin ordered the parts needed to repair my car and had them sent over night.
My car was ready for pickup that next day!!
