Trenton is amazing! Thank you so much for making these service visits a pleasure. My only complaint for the 2hrs we were there was the short curly hair blonde in the coffee shop. She was very rude. She called our order ready and couldn't remember which one was sugar free. For medical purposes we needed to know. The manager gave us another drink card, but when we went back she made us wait for 10+ minutes while she cleaned. There were no other customers.
We have always bought our vehicles here and get our services done as well. We have always been treated well, this was the only time we've ever been treated poorly.

My wife and I bought our brand new highlander in August and also added a few upgrades/add one. The car had hard water spots on it and it had not been detailed inside or out. They did wash it when we were done with finance after 10pm at night. We were told buy our sales person that they would schedule us an appointment and would call us soon to have it detailed inside and out, clay bar it as well as put on the add ons. 2 weeks later still no word but I called and made an appointment, we did not get an appointment until this morning 9:30 am on October 4th. We walked around the vehicle Inside and out. The car still had spots on it so we had a detailed come out and clean up an area to show us what it should have looked like and it was night and day difference. They did not touch the inside of the vehicle at all. Overall not a good experience buying a brand new vehicle here. I purchased a CPO 2016 Honda Accord down at Honda and that thing was cleaner and looked and felt like glass which I was expecting to see today after picking up the vehicle which we did not.
