Someone greeted me, took mileage, crossed my name off a list, took my keys and told me to have a seat. This was at 1015, appt 1030. At 1145 I went up to the desk and asked what the status was on my car. NO ONE HAD A CLUE THAT MY CAR WAS THERE OR WHERE IT WAS! I was NOT happy. Worst service ever.
