This was a simple 5000 mile maintenance yet took 1.5 hours. When i sent a text a one hour to find out the status i got no response. I had asked for the tech to check out why i couldnt see the compass on my mirror they reported to me when picking up the vehicle that the compass needed tp be reset by the tech and it was functioning fine now. When i met with the actual tech i asked him about it and he knew nothing about a reset and didnt even know if the Tundra came with a compass in the mirror. We now suspect that it doesnt have a compass in the rear view mirror which is not a big deal but wish i would have gotten a straight answer.
