No one that I have spoke with that owns this van has ever had issues like we are. We will not allow our children to sit next to that door out of fear that it might just open on it own. We have put around 3000 miles on this car and when we bought it it did not make this sound at all. To say that the sound is “ inherent to design “ dose not make any sense what so ever. I might be wrong but I don’t think a car company would want there van only having 16k miles to start having body roll
