I am a long time customer and the last 3 times I have been in for oil changes and minor service it has taken a ridiculous amount of time to get my vehicle back. I never received an update of the status and had to hunt people down to get answers. This time I dropped my vehicle off and called to get an update an hour after the project time I was given. No one could tell me the status of my vehicle and I was promised a call back that did not come for over an hour. I was also told that my service advisor was not a part of Toyota and they could not track him down, whatever that meant. It appears the intake area is severely under staffed and they are still scheduling the same, if not more, amount of services. I am taking the time to explain all of this because I doubt I am the only one experiencing this and I am on the verge of taking my business elsewhere since I am getting so frustrated with the waiting and lack of communication.

The service took 2 1/2 hours and I was expecting more. Our cabin filter wasn't changed, no vacuuming or any kind of "dealer" level servicing. It's a long way to go for what could have been done at jiffy lube.
