The replacement itself was prompt and the text notifications were much appreciated, but the scheduling process was unpleasant. We first visited in person and left after 30 minutes of being ignored, then we called and were told we would receive a call back soon but received no call after more than a week. When we finally called back to ask what was going on we were asked rudely why we hadn't come in sooner because we were "only 10 miles away" from the dealership which is grossly inaccurate. Additionally my name has not been spelled correctly in any digital communication since beginning this process despite the number of times I have spelled it.
