I believe you need to put up signs to direct customers to the front check in area.
Several of us stood in the previous maintenance area waiting to be checked in.
The young lady on the phone made 3 calls without looking up to acknowledge us.
When she did she made it sound like we should know we were in the wrong check in area. The other 2 gentlemen were with customers.
When I made it to the other check in, Mike was very helpful and apologetic.
I have been coming here for 12 years and have purchased several cars for our
family.

Michael was great! Was more than 30 minute wait for my coffee though. She said people who pay cash move to front of the line. Kind of bummed about that wait but Michael was wonderful!

Given that this is the first time we physically went to this dealership, I think, we are satisfied with the service we received. Michael walked us through the service very smoothly. He even gave us a short fun tour, gave free drinks coupons which we love. I don't have any complaints with the way Michael handled our visit in this dealership. I just wished that there is also a place in the cafe where we have the options to charge our devices especially if customers are waiting for their vehicles in a long time. That would help customers who prefer to be on their smart devices be entertained other than the tv or magazines. And I also hope that the cafe will be open for food orders for as long as the dealership is servicing vehicles. It just saddens us that the cafe no longer accept food orders around 4:15pm earlier today. Other than those comments, I would like to emphasize that Michael made our trip to this dealership fun and easy.
