Jake was amazing in handling my complaint about your service check-in process. I waited for 10-15 min at the Express check-in not knowing I needed to be around the corner, and then waited another 10 min to drop my truck off there. Jake was a pro and said he would raise it with management and had my truck partially detailed as a comp. That’s the reason I’ve personally purchase 6 vehicles from your dealership and will remain a loyal customer! John J

I knew Aaron from a previous brief contact when he helped me out when I was just a walk-in. I had an appt. and was fortunate to have him process my oil change and two other concerns I had regarding my 16 year old Camry. Service rep gave exceptional support as I waited over 6 hours for dent repair (at my choice). Repair personnel did an excellent job of repairing the small body dent and the car looks like new. Unfortunately, they neglected to remove the shop cover material from the seat and floor, for which the service rep apologized sincerely.
A more serious matter only became apparent after I was on the highway on my way home. The right side mirror had been left in the folded position, so it was not usable. The blind spot warning system allowed me to safely merge right, but I was momentarily confused when I first looked at the mirror and saw myself, instead of the vehicle I was merging in front of! Obviously this kind of oversight has safety implications. I have always found my vehicle to be exactly in the same configuration that I dropped it off in, until this time.
