Donnie was great! Handled my appointment with professionalism and was very cordial and accommodating. I didn’t have to wait long for Donnie to provide me with a bill of health, which he went over completely with me. Shortly after that my car was ready. The only thing missing, I think, was scheduling my next service appointment. Otherwise, great service!

I had ordered tires, I was called and told they came in and made an appointment. My wife brought her van in to have them installed, she was told that there were no tires there, but that the service advisor would check. After an hour of her waiting for the service advisor told my wife that a set was found and would be installed but not at the cost we were quoted. My wife felt pressured into it she said ok due to embarrassment. We were called at 2:30 that it was done. When I went to pick up the van I was told after nearly 45 minutes (at 7:00pm) I was told it was on a test drive. I paid for the service and received my vehicle at close to 8:00pm. It was not handled in a professional manner and the communication was poor at best. Not exactly happy about how the transaction transpired.

I was not greeted upon driving in to have my cat serviced, my wait time before I was at least acknowledged was lengthy, and the price of a simple oil change is ridiculous! I will not be going back for a simple pill change, I will use another business for that.
