I asked to have the tires rotated and that was not done. The other Items were completer or at lease checked off.I really dislike your police of giving a coupon for a free car wash. I live on Bainbridge and spending another hour getting a car wash is not on my list. I was also unhappy to find that my car was no even vacuumed. I am 84 years old and those tasks are very difficult for me. I did however appreciate the fact that you put my glove box back together You asked for feed back so there it is, for what it is worth. Cole did an outstanding job. For the last 4 years my 2014 Tundra has been serviced by your Tacoma competitor. I live in Olalla and don’t like driving to Tacoma and decided I’d try to give my business in the county I live and avoid going to Tacoma. So today was my first visit. I was greeted by Cole in a polite and professional manner. I was sporting my USMC sweatshirt and he thanked me for my service. We were off to a great start. He promptly verified my 1120 appointment, took my keys and said they’d get started on it immediately. He introduced me to your customer service rep, sorry I don’t recall her name, and she promptly gave me a layout of your waiting area and all it’s amenities. When my truck was complete, Cole found me in the waiting area and promptly relinquished my truck after going over all the particulars. I had booked my appointment on line and it worked seamlessly even got a reminder call the day before. I had a very good experience with Cole, the Customer Service Rep and the overall customer service. Kudos to your dealerships’ service department. I will definitely be scheduling all my future service needs with you. The service department is a direct reflection of the leadership. Looking forward to working with you in the future. Jack M
