the check in process was a bit annoying..i waited 10 minutes only to be told i need to go to another room where i then waited 5 minutes more..someone did take me to the other room but it would have been helpful to be told ahead of time where i should check in..not a big deal but you asked..

Jason was terrific. My feedback has to do with the fact that I spent over $900 to get my car serviced (I was thoroughly briefed about cost) but when I came to pick it up it hadn’t been washed or vacuumed. You may have changed company policy (I used to look forward to this little plus) and I was given a voucher for a car wash nearby. However, those little touches make so much difference. They offset the “sting” of a big bill and leave the client feeling cared for. Once again, Jason was excellent. He was courteous, a good communicator and thorough. I just missed that nice feeling of climbing into a clean car when I came to pick it up.
