I was not happy about the report during service of my "mucked up" PCV valve. I challenged this asking whether the PCV valve had been tested. The advisor did not know and I told him it would have required significant disassembly to do it. I was later informed it was just Toyota's recommendation to replace after 60K miles. The advisor also did not go over the checklist, which also showed recommendations for replacing the engine air filter and cabin filters. The shop failed to put a next service sticker on the windshield.

My only issue would’ve the time it took to get me from the waiting area to tell me my vehicle was ready. I actually got a text and went to the desk where my keys were waiting with a couple of other customers keys. As I had another appointment, I wanted to complete ASAP— it was great to get the text!!
