Dustin was extremely helpful when serving my 2012 Yaris this past Thursday. He helped recommend a service package to properly care for my vehicle, which I really appreciated. I'm not a "car guy" but I like to think that I know a few things about car maintenance. I never felt like Dustin was speaking down to me or trying to pull the wool over my eyes. He was honest, direct, and clearly explained what each part of the maintenance operation did for me and my car. His estimate of about an hour and a half was spot on (which I REALLY appreciated), and he was personable and not robotic. Dustin was an excellent representative of Heartland Toyota, and I will continue to use Heartland Toyota for my vehicle servicing needs because of the quality representatives like him.
