I went to the dealership today and was very pleased before I even got there. Mandy was kind enough to volunteer to take the time over the phone last night to find out if I could still get a free oil change without the coupon I got in the mail.
She said Dustin Beeson would honor a free oil change without a coupon. I went in today and also got a coupon for a free drink and a car wash. That was really nice. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received.

It took over three hours to have my winter tires put on my Prius. After waiting for two hours, without receiving an update on the status, I asked the QC guy and the the service rep said it should not be much longer but he had not heard anything. About a half hour later, the QC guy saw us still waiting and told the service rep to get us an update, he said he spoke to service and they encountered a problem with one of the tires and it should be another 45 minutes or so. I had asked to receive the 5% senior discount but the sales rep said he would give me the 10% discount if we promised to bring back a toy and I said sure. I received no discount. The pre service estimate was $100 but the total was $121.11. I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

First off I show up Waite for a service person to help and they tell me to go to another section which was fine then I get over there and they say because it’s an oil change and one additional item there looking at I need to go back over to the service area I was at before which put me further back on the line. At this point I am a little irritated and finally get seen the gentlemen was nice and we discussed time frame he said let’s start with 2.5 hrs to which my response was I want a loaner if it’s going to take this long. Nope no loaners so I walked about a mile or so to bring my kids to a park so they didn’t have to sit in the car dealership!!! In a nut shell I’ll be bringing my car for service here because it’s free but the new car I was going to buy will not happen and I have more then just today’s issues with this place. Although I will say the service guys I have no problems with it is the process at this establishment.
