I feel that Micheal went above and beyond during my recent service appointment. My appointment was in the middle of a work day and I had a coworker follow me to the dealership to take me back to work. There was only one person ahead of me when I arrived to drop off my vehicle. As I was waiting, I saw my coworker drive up to wait for me. I felt a little anxious because she was waiting so I stood. Michael was walking by and noticed and he took me to another area to check me in immediately. He was very pleasant and professional. Service at Heartland Toyota is always great!
