Aaron as always provided great service! He is the reason I keep coming back to Toyota for service and the reason I recommend Toyota to others. I do have concerns about the technicians who worked on my car the day before as I suspect their failure to tighten up what was loosened the day before during the alignment is what caused my problem today. I feel lucky that it cost me a tow and not my life as I was jerked around on the road several times due to the malfunction. I know that my suspicions cant be confirmed for liability reasons but please make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again to myself or someone else.

I was treated with respect. My concerns were understood and attended to. I went home feeling satisfied and will be bringing my car back in after putting on 1100 to 1200 miles. Trying to discover if my car is burning an unusual and therefore creating damage to my car's engine. If so, I am submitting my extended warranty to cover the cost of the repair. This is the discussion I had with your director of car maintenance.

Donald Buster was great. But, I sat and stood around several people seated or standing ar desks, who were fixated on their computers or telephones and would not even greet me or have eye conduct. That is not good PR!AT THE VERY LEAST, SAY HELLO, ARE YOU BEING HELPED? SOMEONE WILL BE WITH YOU. Finally one man said I was in the wrong area for just an oil change. Well, I was there for awhile. When I got to the correct area I also stood in the center of the room waiting for someone to notice me. Still, no eye contact, no offers of help or hints at how long I would have to wait. Finally, Mr Buster arrived and I got some help. The last time I was there someone met me at my car and took the mileage and took me inside. Everything went smoothly. What has happened at Heartland Toyota? A big thanks to Donald Buster who got the job done and even noticed a broken license plate holder I had asked to be replaced wasn't replaced, called for an attendant and got it done ASAP
