The staff did a wonderful job. I was just not completely happy with the service part. The other dealer that services my car always totally spoiled me with free coffee tea or soft drinks or water and fresh cookies while I waited. Then I got into a freshly vacuumed and washed car. The whole experience I looked forward to. Made me feel that my car was being taken care of as well as I was.

Your scheduler gave me an appt time of 4pm on Saturday, Feb. 22. And an offer to use your shuttle service. Come to find out you close at 5pm so no time to do the mirror repair that I came for since it would require a minimum of an hour. Also there was no shuttle either so I could not leave my vehicle. Jake Wiegel said the parts were in stock and recommended I come in early on Sunday to have the mirror repair done. My husband went in at 8am Sunday, Feb. 23. As they examined the mirror on our 2016 Toyota Sienna they said they were mistaken and did not have the right part. The service person said
the part should arrive in two days and then we can reschedule. Every one was kind but unfortunately many mistakes were made. The mirror still needs to be repaired. Our two attempts at getting this job done failed. So we are completely unsatisfied with your service for this particular job.

We were inconvienced by losing my key fob which in turn made us travel 1 hr 1/2 to get the spare key. Key is still missing after two weeks with multiple phone calls not being returned. Scott made it right by purchasing a new fob but again had to make arrangements to drop car off for 2hrs for programming new fob. Again time lost and 1/2 day shot. Is this good Service?
