The service man that took care of me was excellent. Attentive, worked hard for me (I was on a time frame and he helped get me out quick), and very professional and charming. He is a great additive to your ream.

The initial check in was confusing and a potential disaster; luckily Dustin rescued us from certain peril.
You see... at first we were directed to the “stand up desks.” A man at one of the desks asked if we needed help and I said yes we are for my 3 o clock appointment. He then said he needed to help some other gentleman check out so “go sit over there.” We sat down and after some time (trip to the restroom, my husband complaining about the wait, me sifting through mail) Dustin approached the table we were sitting at. He asked if we’d been checked in yet and we lamented, no. He said we’d likely be forgotten based on where we were sitting, but really no one said sit here not there. He took over the whole experience and really turned it around.
