Austin was super awesome. He let me take him for a drive to get prob to duplicate and then he drove it for himself to get a better understanding. I was just happy he took me seriously as I e experienced the opposite at Heartland and months later the problem became so bad it was obvious. By then, the warranty had expired. I was so mad and never wanted to bring my problems into Heartland again. I tried to solve current problem on my own thinking no one would take me derisively. But Austin did and so now I have renewed trust in Heartland Service. He deserves a raise or a trophy cuz I been bad mouthing my experience for a couple years now;-). Austin rocks!
