The price I was given for 4 new tires mounted and balanced did not include the $40 “shop fee”. If this fee is always charged why not include it up front instead of hiding it.

Came in for an oil change. I got home and noticed my tire pressure light is on. Called the dealership and they had an unsatisfactory explanation. I drove back to the dealership. They looked at the Camry and said it needs new valve stem sensors. I talked with the bald guy in his 30's. I had the strong sense that he was trying to up sale me. I told him repeatedly something doesn't seem right. I do not trust him, he had all the signals of a liar. I told him I've had previous negative experience at Heartland. I only trust Mike Smitley. I took my keys and left. I will not do business with him.
