Aaron did exceptional job and Explaining what was covered on my 30,000 service. He also explain, it was gonna take at least 3hours, so he arranged for me to be dropped off and pick up at my house. On my way home I heard a loud noise from engine area. At home we discovered a bolt was missing from the engine air filter housing. I drove back but you were closed. This is the second time this has happened to me! I have to drive to work tomorrow, so my husband will be coming in to get the bolt.

The oil pan bolt was loose after they serviced my truck, which caused it to leak oil. I noticed it when I got home and called the service department. They apologized, asked if I could bring it back. I did and they promptly righted the problem. So, I’m satisfied with the end result, just not the fact that the mistake happened in the first place. Everyone was apologetic and friendly. I’m still confident in the work that will done on my truck in the future.
