I received a text that my car was done, but no one came to let me know. After 15-20 minutes I finally just went to get my car. Perhaps you have changed your process.

I appreciated being able to stay in touch by text and to have the express pay option done with my phone before I got there. People were helpful and tried to reduce the amount of time to be waiting. One suggestion would be to let people know how they pick up their vehicle with express pay - which desk do they go to. Thanks for the great service.

My wife went into Toyota to do our typical oil change and maintenance check up.
We have coverage through Toyota care for up to 75k miles and the person that helped her charged her 240 dollars. She then said I am confused we have never paid for a service before is ours expired or something? And he said well let me check and that was when he found our Toyota care plan.
He then called someone and was told that they would cover 60 dollars but nothing more. There is no reason we should have paid anything out of pocket in the first place and we will likely not be coming back for service with you guys and truly felt taken advantage of.

Checking in seemed very long. I stood around while 2 serv whete busy with paper work and 1 was left to deal with customers checking in
