They left something loose in the dashboard and now my truck rattles. I have to waste another trip and time to fix this now.
I regret having the recall service of the passenger air bag done. I seldom drive the truck and usually with no passenger. The rattle drives be crazy.
The loaner car was not full of gas. I drove 47 miles and put 3.5 gallons in. 13 miles a gallon for a Camry hybrid. Check in and out time for the rental cars was very long.
I have another appointment Monday to fix the rattle.

Hello,
Extremely disappointed in the check in. I was greeted at my car and confirmed my name. He led me to a chair and said one of the two gentlemen here would assist me. They were right in front of me. They finished their calls and then left their desks. I was sitting there for nearly 10 minutes. Another customer had come in and was sitting at the other end of the chairs. She got helped right away. If she hadn’t said “I think he is waiting too” I would still be sitting. Then the gentleman made it seem like I was in the wrong place since I only an oil change. I was sitting where I was told to sit. Very confusing and time consuming.
