It was my first visit and had no clue what the process was. The person who scheduled my appt gave no instructions or help set customer expectations. I talked to a tech at time of scheduling and he too did not give any info. I get there, told to wait along the wall. Chose not to sit due to social distancing and no clue if chairs were sanitized routinely. I was eventually acknowledged and started the check in process. My info was not in system, something the scheduler could have done with first contact. Your process is clunky and not customer focused. Car also was not washed, due to virus but unsure why, sick staff, risk of exposure? Also not communicated. No hand sanitizer or offer of sanitize wipes. All in all not impressed

It is difficult to get service for my rav4ev since the service department doesn't have a form for that. They talk with me about an oil change. Not sure if they completely finished the 5000 mile service.... On another note they cannot get to the charge station...however the friendly Kia dealership nextdoor was more than happy to help. On another note..there is a 2014 rav4ev on the lot but we were told no one can try it out because they don't charge it

I, and three other people, remained sitting in our cars because your sign told us to. After watching folks mill about inside the building for 10-15 minutes, I called the service department to see if they were actually working. All of us that were waiting were immediately attended to after I called, but it seems like maybe that shouldn’t have been necessary. My car just needed a check-up, no oil change was needed. I was told it would take about an hour. 1.5 hours later I went to see how much longer and noticed my car was sitting in the “work done” lot. No idea how long it had been there, but the woman who checked in right after me, who did have an oil change, was long gone by then.
