The customer service by Mike Smitley was great. We’re loyal customers and the LOF change and multi point inspection on our 2018 Toyota Tacoma Off Road truck was done quicker than normal. We did need to wait a little bit longer once the service on our truck was completed because the service tech forgot to install a reminder cling on the inside of the upper left corner of the windshield. Thank you!

I thought Dustin, did a great job at taking care of my needs. The one thing that I do want to share is, every time I walk in for service, I am never greeted by anyone immediately, even though, there a number of service advisor available. I usually wait for about 10 minutes, beforw anyone acknowledges my reason for being there. I do get greeted by the attendant, when I drive my car up, to be serviced. It's usually, a young gentleman, who is very pleasant and genuine. I think the service at Heartland is great. If it were not so, I would take my car, somewhere else. I don't want these comments, to be a bad light on the service advisors, because, who knows what their is going to be like, and they could be so focused on planning their day and not realize anything. I just wanted to share my thoughts, because we all need to be reminded, sometimes!
