Mike was welcoming in this strange nonbusiness atmosphere at Toyota today. I only needed a headlight replacement but he informed me of a need for new windshield wipers which I appreciated. The young man, Ronny, who greeted me when I drove up was respectful and warm. My car was vacuumed which was a very welcome surprise.

Chet is awesome, I’m very happy to have worked with him. Your parts pricing is horrible. I can understand some mark-up on the cost of parts; I do expect you to make a profit. But the price for the ABS unit my 4Runner required was insane. I found the exact same, OEM, genuine Toyota part at another dealership for $1,100 less. And I’m sure that dealer was still making a profit on the part. But when you must program the module, and refuse to install a genuine OEM part not sourced directly by you, you hold me hostage. Egregious parts pricing wins you no friends.
