Service was as expected. Mr. Bradley was helpful and good humored. I appreciated the waiting room to get work done. It may be helpful to place sanitizing wipes in the waiting room. I was there nearly 3 hours, many people came and left but no one sanitized. I would have been happy to wipe down the tables and chairs.

Everything was really great until my key and paperwork were handed to me. I am hoping there is a more sanitary way to handle that in the future. Hand the key off in a wipe? Email the paperwork? I’m just very sensitive to COVID. You have made great strides in being cautious about it but this is one more area that needs attention. The person who helped me when I brought the car in was great and he also followed up by phone in a great way.

Problem with Camry was engine "flooding" and old sparkplugs. Would like to have had a little more description of the remedy for flooding. I do understand that it likely was nothing more than a computer "tweak", but the bill did not say anything about it.
