When i called to schedule the service the woman i talked to vastly underestimated the time that was needed to perform all the requested service. I had a limited amount of time and was unable to get everything completed.

Since it was slower then usual they called to see if I would like to do my pvc value now since it takes around 3 hours and I would get 10% off so i did it. Everyone was helpful. I did have to.remind them about the 10% off but he apolized and corrected the amount.

Service was Timely. Chet got me in the very next day. I was well informed of the findings, the cost to fix them and when my vehicle was ready for puck up. Never once did I feel pressured to have everything fixed that needed to. When I said I could do some of the things on my own Chet was like, "hey great!" When I received my truck I looked it over and found something wasn't right so I went back in to talk with Chet and he goes all I know what that is actually came out to my vehicle with me and fixed it. He was kind and patient and I really felt respected. Thank you.
