I called ahead to verify that a part needed to fix the master window stitch on my car was in stock. I was told it was and that they could get me in at 9:45. While I wasn’t needing a oil change since I was bringing it in I figured I would have that done as well. The last time I got my oil changed with you the window switch was diagnosed and I was told that if I call in and make sure the part is in it could get fixed. I’m not sure what part was the lie. The part was not in and now that means I’ll need to make a 3rd trip to get the issue addressed. I made sure to plan to get a rental car to assure the service was done and not only did you not have the part you also said at the soonest it could come in would be Monday. With everything going on health wise you are asking me to again risk my health for your ships lack of communication. The price I was quoted for the oil change was over $30 lower then what I was actually charged at check out as well. The area was obviously short staffed on Saturday when I came to pick up my car and the person who checked me out was rude and didn’t have the time of day to acknowledge me other then to say sorry I have a bunch of emails I have to send here’s the total, sign here, see you next time. Needless to say I was left feeling like I was stuck in a cluster ****. Doubt I’ll be back to this location for any servicing.

My understanding is that your company is transitioning between car wash companies. The main reason I get my service through you is I appreciate the car wash voucher. I was disappointed to not receive this. I asked the representative if I could at the very least get the difference subtracted from the cost. He said No, my frustration is that he didn't bother to ask his supervisor. Personally I believe this reflects poorly on your business and I will definitely be shopping around next time my car is due for service.
