I did not know you would rotate my tires without my OK. I was tired today and should have been more alert. I have Les Scwab for tires. Cost me 20 dollars and I blame myself but I now suspect the service department is a serious profit center. Congratulations.

Mike was very professional and I have no concerns regarding his customer service. But, I do believe that $46 for cleaning some corossion off my battery cables was way to much. After discussing with my son, perfect example of taking advantage of female customer. My car is to new to have to have that done to it..my fault for agreeing, but disappointed today.
