Thomas was helpful and quickly helped me with my request. Even when I said I could install it, he wanted to make sure it fit and did it himself. Good customer service.

Please change your phone answering service it is very hard to use. They consistently give the wrong information. Please change it. I dread calling your company. They make it so I can not trust your company. I've had a bad experience with your dealership every time ive come there because of the phone people. I will be looking for other Toyota service options because of this consint issue.

Very happy with the service today! Used my warranty to get my tire fixed, took A little while to verify the warranty but it still got fixed in the end. Not sure if 1.5 hours to change a tire is par for the course but it could have been faster. Otherwise the smoothie at the bar was excellent! Overall, very happy with my experience today and will be back to order parts for my 4runner
