Aaron took care of the problem with our Siena and stayed with it until the problem was fixed. We've been coming back to toyota about the sane problem but nothing really was done about the low tire pressure alarm indication light that's been coming on for quite sometime. Aaron was the only person who was patient enough with us to fix it and we appreciate that a lot.

Daniel was great. He told me there is an “interim” recall going on and I would be notified when to bring my car in. Not sure what the recall is. I’m counting on your dealership to call me in to fix the recall repair right away.
During the last recall for the transmission I found out about it on the internet and never did receive any letter from you to bring it in. When I told the service guy at the time I was having an oil change he knew nothing about it. You did do something with the transmission that day, not sure if it’s been fixed.

He showed me that my tires are getting a little worn and the pamphlet with the different tire packages that Toyota has to offer and explained how Toyota will price match with anyone else and I am happy about that bc my husband and I prefer to have all our details on our vehicles where we bought them.I only stopped in to make an appointment to get my car serviced, actually was a walk in , and they offered me service on the spot .David hooked me up with a free coffee voucher while I wait and had me out the door very quickly.
