I had to bring my car in instead of the mobile service I scheduled. I was charged “miscellaneous” fee which was not listed on the coupon I used. I was told the rebate would be added and all I would pay for the service was 29.99, not have to mail out for the rebate. The cashier lost my key and after almost 15-20 minutes of searching I was late for a client meeting. The cashier had an attitude about me disputing the $9.43 charge and insisted she never had the key. Ultimately I had to be dropped off, and 15 min later my key was found under her desk.

Gloria was amazing! I came for routine maintenance on my vehicle and mentioned that my stirring wheel shakes when I brake. Gloria alerted the mechanic and found that my rotors were bent. Gloria took full accountability since they were the last to change my brakes. They needed to order a part, so Gloria sent me to Hertz for a rental because she said my vehiclewas not safe to drive. Gloria thought I would only need the rental for a day. When she found out my vehicle would not be ready due to a delay in receiving another part, Gloria immediately called me and apologized for the inconvenience and extended my rental. Gloria was very helpful and reassuring, and I truly felt like she cared about the status of my vehicle, as well a making sure there were no complications.
