I’ve been at Ford for too long to feel distrust. I scheduled an oil change and recall last Thursday. After getting a call from someone that day who brushed me off when I asked her if both services were done, I was told yes, and picked my car up. Only to find out yesterday while driving that my oil change was never done. I was told by GM Adam that my next oil change would be free, only to find out today that he is no longer with this company. Whatever may be going on in that station is affecting what I was promised as a customer. Only for them ask for payment today for a mistake that was done by this staff. If I can not trust them to complete a simple oil change, how can I trust them to do major work on my car? Highly disappointed.

Gloria is a very good service person and explains everything in full. As far as coming there to get my back brake pads replaced, even though it shows in the red on my vehicle report card, the brakes pads are not down enough to qualify for for the replacement covered under warranty. This I do not understand. This is the second time I have been there to have this done within 3 weeks. As the information on the vehicle report card says it's a smidgen away and I worry about waiting any longer for it not to cut into my rotors or drums so it will not cost me more money. My time is limited to have to come there again.
