Timothy was great to work with. Very responsive and thorough. He went out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied with my service. I can’t say I’ve ever had as pleasant an experience at Ford. This is the first vehicle I’ve gotten from Sutton Ford but not my first Ford.. each experience thus far at Sutton has been awesome.

I arrived at 7am. Finally they started working on my truck after 9am.
It was 10:15 when my truck was finally done.
Thats over 3 hours wait for an oil change. The wait seems a little unfair to me. Not satisfied with the wait
