Edgar in service does a great job. As for your service techs. Very poor. Once again the interior of my veh. was dirty when i picked it up. My veh. interior is light gray and it shows everything. Also the glovebox that was replaced doesn't close properly and should have been tested prior to the veh.being released. Thanks again Jeff Dzama.

when Rene called me on Saturday 11/2 to tell me what was needed to fix my car he also told me the part had to be ordered and as such the car would not be ready for pick up until Monday. I told him I was going out of town on Tuesday and needed my car. I asked if that would be a problem and he said that it would not be a problem. I made arrangements to be driven to work so that I could pick up my car after work and drive home. At around 1:00pm on Monday, I had not heard from Rene so I sent him a text asking for a status update. No reply. I sent one or two more texts without a reply. I also called him. No response to My voice mails. I finally called the service department and they connected me to him. He then told me that my care would not be ready until Tuesday. I told him that was unacceptable and reminded him that I told him of my travel plans. He said they “just couldn’t get to my car..sorry”. At the very least, he should have let me know that I would not get my car back so that I could make other plans. He offered to go move me a discount to cover UBER fees. Nice, but that doesn’t solve my problem with my travel plans. If you make a commitment, keep your commitment! I usually take my car to Glendale Lexus but because this was a breakdown situation, I was forced to use Longo. Not happy after spending close to $900 for an alternator.

There is a reason I came back to Longo Lexus where I bought my car. I had been going to a locale mechanic, who was wonderful. But he join a larger company and I just wondered if I was really getting a real assessment of my car. I felt I was paying for services I did not need. The fella that checked my car in was professional, courteous, conscientious. I didn’t feel like I was sold on something I did not need. I really felt comfortable with the $1400.00! M that I spent there Which is exactly what he quoted me I also had a loner car, which I do understand that is built into all the costs, but is a great convenience nonetheless.
