The only thing that was upsetting to me was that my service advisor for the last 4 or so years was promoted (which is terrific), however when I called for my appointment and specifically asked for Jennifer-no one advised me that she was no longer working for Lexus. I was assigned a new service advisor...but it sure would have been nice if I was told this at the time I made my appointment.
