The headlight was on automatic when I dropped off the car. But after getting the car back, it was turned off. I did not check and was driving at night without headlight on . I did not realize until I turned to a small dark road.
I even went on the freeway, think back it is very scary.
I would strongly suggest to add this point in the check list

Always completely satisfied. I am totally trusting the Longo service, and, especially, the courtesy and professionalism displayed by James Palmer, the service consultant, is admirable. I am going to buy in the future another Lexus because of Mr. Palmer. Buying a car from the sales person is one time deal. However, getting a subsequent service is a long interaction as long as I own the car. That is how important the service is. If I am not happy with the Longo, I would have left a long time ago.
