Wow ! Can’t believe I have 60,000 miles. All my services have been super excellent. I probably drive more than many in my age group. So glad you have such excellent service advisors and Man Wong is top notch. I could probably have taken my car to a closer service center. But love coming to Longo.
I am treated so well. If fact Along with my 60,000 mile check. I busted my right diver mirror exiting my garage. I first called the main service number inquiring about the cost. Then I had a thought call parts.. your part advisor Chris listened to my dilemma checked his inventory and order that part and emailed Man to let him know my situation. When I arrived the part was there and it was installed.
Thank you for having such excellent service advisor Man . An especially your unsung hero your parts advisor Chris.
Hats off to you’re excellent staff. Everything was done and I was out in what seemed like a flash.

Found a big scratch on the passenger side mirror. Was planning to call in today after 7 pm but realize it was closed. I didn’t notice it until I started driving it in the late afternoon. Prior to driving it, my husband had parked it in our driveway. Please help me to fix this scratch. It is clearly made over this past weekend when it was parked at your dealership.
