Man Wong is the best service manager at Longo Lexus. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt. Everything went smoothly from dropping off the car, receiving updates, and picking up the car. I never receive such complete updates like Man Wong. He is highly recommended and thank you so much for Man Wong!
