I arrived to pick up my car and it was dirty, the Lexus rep said it was from the dust after sitting for a few hours that they did wash it. I then looked at the car and told him you never washed it and showed him. He said yeah you’re right. I told him please let your manager know. Very disappointed. I’ve spent a lot of money with Lexus service over the years and never experienced something like this.

Did not go over added cost like a 7 dollar charge on key controller battery which is under a one dollar part that I have always changed myself. When you nickel and dime your customers like this it only leads us all to believe that you are you overcharging a lot of other things. This is my last Lexus from you

Edgar was very good in helping me but my worry is nothing was detected wrong with my car and I have to pay $175 and I’m concerned about the engine light but most important was when you start the car it doesn’t sound right. The only thing done was to tighten the gas cap which I don’t believe it’s the problem since the engine light has been on for a while already and I had consulted other mechanics before and they found the same thing so I decided to take my car to you but the same thing was check and nothing was detected. So I’m still wondering what is wrong with my car.
