I had a 10am appointment for JUST for a oil change. I came out of there at 1245. That’s pretty ridiculous, even when they told me my car was ready to go I still waited another 10 minutes for them to drive out my car. That was frustrating and had to reschedule my appointments for my morning just for a simple oil change. Employees need to do more working rather than chit chatting. Not pleased at all with the service today.
