David Paranda was extremely helpful and really patient even when I had issues picking up my vehicle. I thought for sure something was not done right and I was upset but he kept very calm and tried to resolve the issue to see if something can be done. He helped me try to locate the CD player for the navigation and got one of the service guys to help explain that it’s not that the CD is missing, but maybe the player needs to be replaced. Even if he saw me upset because I was late for my appointment, he still managed to smile and help me to see where the problem might be. He followed up with me diligently to explain the failures on my vehicle and made suggestions. Even if there were inspections that failed and needed to be fixed, he didn’t force the issue for it to be fixed, but I appreciated that he respects my decisions that I will have those issues with the car fixed with my own mechanic. David was a superb service guy that helped me throughout the course of the service.
