Our Service Consultant Mr. Wong was very friendly and did his best to help. But we were disappointed that our problem was not resolved. This is a brand new 2019 Rx350 and the the battery keeps dying after 4-5 days of not being driven. We’ve brought the car back to Longo twice already, and the battery tests come back fine and there’s no fix for this issue. We have two other Lexuses, a ES300h and a CT200h, and both those cars have no problems starting up after up to 10 days. Since Lexus is premium, luxury brand to which we have been loyal for many years, we are disappointed to have these kinds of problems that can’t be resolved.
