Terrible service, oil dirt marks around my leather seat (I have pictures), forgot to wash my car and cause me to wait, this is my 7th Lexus and I don’t deserve this kind of service.

I am satisfied that my tire was replaced as I had insurance coverage for it. However it took 3 hours for it to be completed. David told me that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours, but it ended up being 3 hours. That was not satisfying.
