Has to wait a bit too long for my car maintenance, arrived at 11 car wasn't ready until 4:30. Aside from that I'm satisfied. This is the first time it's happened in the last 4 times I've been here.

How come I have to follow up to see if my car is ready or not? And No one bothers to give me a call to update me the status.. I called and ask and the rep said Jennifer will give me a call very shortly, Jennifer never call me . All I got is a generated text msg that my car is ready from the 866 number. I used to have John Chang as my advisor and he always update me esp my service involve payment.

I was completely satisfied with my service except I had to wait sbout 20-25 minutes to get my car. Apparently the service was done by about 3:20, but I had to wait until about 4:10 to get my car because it was being washed. I thought my car would be ready for pi k up in 15 minutes or 3:35.

I thought for someone who had a scheduled appointment that the entire process of waiting for a service advisor and to get my rental was way too long!! It took an hour,which is usually not the case. I completely understand that we're in unprecedented times, but crowding appointments and "running behind " which I heard so many service advisors say today is not good customer service! I was very disappointed today.
