My experience with Jim Palmer was superior as always! My experience with the pickup and delivery of my car back to me was very disappointing. The young man that set up the pick up seemed confused about what to do. I told him I didn’t need a loan car and when the gentleman who came to pick up my car he had a loan car on the flatbed. I told him that I didn’t order a loaner he had paperwork that indicated I had ordered one so he called in and was very apologetic and asked if it would be ok to park the car on the street and someone would pick it up later because he wanted to get my car to be serviced, I told him that would not be a problem , he also told me that this was NOT the first time he had this experience,. Jim called me that evening to tell me that my car was finished and that I would be contacted this morning by someone in the delivery department about the return of my car to me and I asked him about paying for the service and he advised me of my choices for payment and I chose to make my payment through Jim. The first thing this morning I received a text from your Company saying my car was ready for pick up. I called Jim immediately and he advised me that was normal and he offered to transfer me to that Department, which he did right after I gave him my payment information.. The young woman who took the call politely asked if I could hold a moment while she looked at the schedule. When she came back on line she told me that they could return my car to me on the 20th which is 4 days away! I was flabbergasted, I needed my car this weekend and that department never advised me that there was no return of my car when the service was completed!!! Again, I called Jim and left a message and he got right back to me and arranged for Uber to pick me up and for me to get my car. He is truly a real “Service “ Gentle your Professes SERVICE, but you had better make some changes when it comes to pick up and delivery, which, you advertise quite profusely!
