In this COVID-19 situation it took too long (More than 2 hours) for service coordinator to attend me last Saturday. In fact I went twice to 2 different person to check when service coordinator will be available. Went for oil change only. In service area I expressed my intention to leave the car and pick-up Monday. I had very high expectations of service from Longo Lexus. Very disappointed.
